Terms of Service

OWNERSHIP
Experts On Yourside & Company agrees to sign over all rights associated with ownership and usage of materials developed by Experts On Yourside & Company to the customer upon acceptance of the final product designs and receipt of final payment for the given materials. Until that time Experts On Yourside & Company retains and reserves all rights to any content created by Experts On Yourside & Company as set forth by the Copyright Laws of the United States of America  Once full payment has been received by Experts On Yourside & Company, all rights to the final product(s), full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media and in all markets, for an unlimited period of time.

Experts On Yourside & Company retains and reserves the rights to use any and all content developed by Experts On Yourside & Company for display and self-promotional purposes, regardless of ownership.

PAYMENT
Upon receipt of a completed order form, Experts On Yourside & Company will secure a down payment based on one of the proposed payment options. The initial down payment, as well as any intermediary payments, does not include final usage rights. Experts On Yourside & Company Inc will grant upon final approval and upon receipt of final payment, the customer's full usage rights to the final product(s) .

Should the project scope be expanded during fulfillment of the initial order, Experts On Yourside & Company may secure intermediary payments of an amount mutually agreed upon with the customer. Intermediary fees do not include final usage rights, which will be released upon acceptance and receipt of final payment by Experts On Yourside & Company.

Experts On Yourside & Company or the customer can choose to terminate his project at any time, for any reason. The customer will retain no rights or ownership interest to any of the design work or products produced by Experts On Yourside & CompanyInc that has not been paid for at a price that is mutually agreed upon by both Experts On Yourside & Company and the customer. Experts On Yourside & Company will refund any funds paid by the customer that does not represent design work, products purchased and services rendered as approved, accepted and mutually agreed upon by the customer. Experts On Yourside & Company will retain full ownership of all work in progress or completed on the project that has not been paid for.

A project is considered "abandoned by the client" when no electronic communication has been received from the client for 90 days during development resulting in no refund of funds paid to date.

TURNAROUND
Initial design concepts will be presented within 3-5 business days following the receipt of an order and initial deposit received. Revisions will be made within 2-5 business days, depending on the type of service ordered.

TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT
Experts On Yourside & Company provides no guarantee of copyright to the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for obtaining Trademark or Copyright for any material created by Experts On Yourside & Company and assumes no liability in the event that a customer is unable to obtain Trademark or Copyright for the given material for any reason.
